What is included in the Free Week Trial
Your free week includes access to group classes so you can try the experience, meet the coaches, and follow the schedule that fits your life.
What should I bring to my first
Water, indoor shoes, and a willingness to try. We will guide you through the rest.
What membership do most people start with?
Most new members begin with the Warrior Lite membership. It allows access to group classes up to three days per week, giving you time to build consistency, strength, and confidence. Many members choose to upgrade as they feel more comfortable and want to train more frequently.
Do I need to be fit before I start
No. Classes are coached and scalable for beginners, returning members, and experienced lifters.
Can I choose memberships or class packs instead
Yes. Memberships and class packs are available directly from the homepage.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes. Some members start with personal training to build confidence, learn proper movement, or work around injuries before transitioning into group classes. Others combine personal training and group classes. There’s no single right path. The goal is to support your health in the way that works best for you.

Are your classes beginner-friendly?
Yes. Every class is fully coached and individually scalable, meaning you move at your own pace and lift weights that feel right for your body. Coaches offer options throughout class so beginners, returning members, and experienced lifters can all train safely together in a supportive, community-focused environment.
Do I have to choose the same days every week?
No. You are not locked into set days. You can choose different class days each week based on your schedule, making it easier to stay consistent even when life changes.
