Boxercise is a high-energy cardio and boxing-based class that delivers a powerful full-body workout through partner drills, pad work, and foundational boxing techniques. Designed to build endurance, coordination, power, and conditioning, this class blends fitness with real boxing fundamentals in a fun, fast-paced environment. Participants work with a partner to perform basic combos, footwork, defensive movements, and conditioning circuits that challenge both the upper and lower body while driving the heart rate up for maximum calorie burn. This class targets the arms, shoulders, core, legs, and cardiovascular system all in one session. Boxercise was designed by Coach Rambo, Coach Jason, and Coach Judith, combining their experience in strength, conditioning, and combat-style training. Limited glove sizes and pads are available, so early arrival is encouraged. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class is fully scalable and ideal for anyone looking to improve conditioning, learn boxing fundamentals, and enjoy a high-energy team training experience.
