Led by powerhouse Coach Alyza, this 45-minute class delivers a full-body blast — from ab-crushing core work to fast-paced cardio, dynamic combo sets, and technique-focused drills that boost hand-eye coordination. Whether you’re new to boxing or looking to level up your conditioning, Boxercise is the perfect mix of sweat, strength, and skill. One class, and you’ll feel the difference — inside and out. Let’s move with power. Let’s train as one. (If you have gloves please bring them, limited gym supplies available) you may also complete this class without gloves
