We all have self-imposed limitations about what we can and cannot do. Doomsday Challenge exists to shatter those limitations. This heart-pounding experience features advanced strength moves and cardiovascular challenges designed to push your boundaries while keeping your heart rate soaring.

STEP WITH JUDITH

Welcome to Unity's Step Class! Join us for an exhilarating Step Class led by our energetic instructor Judith. Whether you're a seasoned stepper or stepping into this for the first time, this class promises to challenge and inspire you. Expect a dynamic workout using a stepboard to elevate your fitness routine. With Judith's motivating guidance and uplifting music, you'll be stepping to the beat, breaking a sweat, and having a blast. Get ready to experience the perfect blend of fun and fitness!

Glow & Flow Yoga offers 60 minutes of mindful movement that harmonizes your body, mind, and spirit.

PILATES

Held Sundays at 11am & Wednesdays at 5pm. 

This 60-minute Mat Pilates class strengthens your core, improves flexibility, and enhances body alignment through controlled movements and breathwork.
