Service Description

Body Weight Pump is a strength-based class focused on mastering your own bodyweight as a true measure of functional strength. While many people can lift heavy externally, this class challenges your ability to control, stabilize, and generate force through your own body — creating real balance, coordination, and usable strength. Movements go far beyond traditional push-ups and include squats, lunges, upper-body presses, pulling patterns, and dynamic core training that targets the chest, shoulders, triceps, quadriceps, glutes, and deep core muscles. Every session is designed to sculpt lean muscle while improving total-body strength and endurance. All movements are fully scalable, with modifications provided so every client can progress safely and confidently. You’ll be challenged at your level while being coached toward stronger, more controlled movement patterns. Body Weight Pump was designed by Coach Jason, drawing on his military training background, alongside Coach Rambo’s strength development expertise. Expect a powerful blend of discipline, body control, and muscle endurance that pushes you well beyond traditional strength training. Consistent attendance leads to noticeable improvement in push strength, core stability, movement efficiency, and muscle definition.
