Service Description

Celebrate Family Day with movement, connection, and fun. The Unity Family Day Workout Experience is a one-hour, coach-led family fitness event where parents and children move together through games, partner exercises, and light workouts designed to build confidence, teamwork, and positive memories. This experience is welcoming, inclusive, and suitable for all fitness levels. Families will laugh, move, and enjoy quality time together in a supportive environment. Led by Unity coaches Coach Jason and Coach Teisha. Ages 6–18 with parent or guardian participation. Pricing: 2-Person Family Pass: $20 3-Person Family Pass: $25
