Sustainable Nutrition, Gut Health & Real-Life Habits with Dr. Quinton Nurse This session focuses on sustainable, balanced nutrition without crash diets, extremes, or unrealistic rules. Dr. Quinton Nurse will discuss how to build simple nutrition habits that support energy, gut health, training performance, recovery, and long-term wellness. You’ll learn how to fuel your body in a way that fits real life, supports how you feel day to day, and helps you stay consistent well beyond January. This is a practical, beginner-friendly session for anyone who wants to improve their health without feeling overwhelmed by dieting, restriction, or all-or-nothing thinking.
