When I read that article about someone’s Liven journey, a lot of the ups and downs they talked about felt oddly familiar. I keep starting these self-reflection apps with a burst of motivation, then halfway through the week I lose the rhythm and pick it up again later. I’m curious if anyone else went through something similar with Liven specifically. Did your progress follow the same “good days, weird days, and reset days” pattern, or was it more stable for you?
