It's hard to explain Lift N Glow until the lights go down, the DJ turns the music up and an entire room starts moving together.
This October, we're taking that same experience and splitting the room into Orange and White.

HOW THE GLOW GAMES WORK
ORANGE
vs
WHITE
PAIR UP → WORK 45 SECONDS → SWITCH → RECORD POINTS → TEAM AVERAGE
You’ll be paired with another participant and move through the Glow Games stations together.
One person works for 45 seconds while their partner tracks the score. Then switch.
Every pair receives a Glow Games Scorecard.
Orange and White totals are divided by the number of people on each team.
HIGHEST TEAM AVERAGE WINS.
EVERYBODY CONTRIBUTES.
ONE TEAM GETS THE BRAGGING RIGHTS.
But regardless of which colour wins:
EVERYBODY TRAINS TOGETHER.
And thanks to DOSE GINGER SHOTS:

At Lift N Glow, you have your own workout station and at your own level.
The coaches lead the room through the workout, but you control how you attack it.

One of the biggest barriers for parents is simply figuring out what to do with the kids.
Unity has an onsite child waiting area*, so parents have the option of bringing their children with them instead of automatically having to miss the event because childcare is unavailable.
Children can remain in the designated waiting area while their parent participates in Lift N’ Glow.
*Please note that this is not a licensed childcare or daycare service, and children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian while onsite.
For parents, including single parents who may not always have childcare available, we want attending the event to be as realistic as possible.
