Service Description

Weightlifting 101 – Glute Focus Is a small-group strength training class built to develop lower-body power through targeted glute training and progressive resistance. This class uses key compound lifts such as barbell hip thrusts, barbell squats, sumo squats, deadlifts, and complementary accessory work to fully activate all three glute muscles. Programming runs in structured 6-week blocks so members can consistently track strength improvements, refine technique, and see measurable results. Working sets and focus periods range from 5–10 minutes, allowing for proper loading, recovery, and detailed form coaching. Class size is capped at 10 clients to ensure hands-on coaching, technique correction, and safe lifting progressions. This class is part of Unity’s strength-phase programming and was created by Coach Teisha and Coach Rambo, both with extensive experience in glute activation, biomechanics, and long-term strength development. For best results, consistent attendance is strongly encouraged, as progression is built week-to-week through structured overload and movement mastery.
