Service Description
Unity Toronto’s March Break High-Performance Camp is a structured youth strength and conditioning program designed to improve speed, acceleration, power, mobility, and overall athletic performance. Athletes are grouped by age to ensure proper coaching and progression. Each session includes: • Dynamic warm-up and mobility prep • Sprint mechanics and acceleration drills • Strength training with proper technique • Power and explosiveness development • Conditioning and work capacity circuits • Agility and reaction training All sports welcome. Limited spots per session to maintain coaching quality.
