This is going to be a blast! Coaches Daniel and Rambo will pick teams at the beginning of class, just like we all did in elementary school. From there you will square off in various workout competitions. Maybe a deadlift competition? Perhaps who can push the sled the fastest? How does your bear crawl hold up against a fellow Warrior? All these answers and more will be found out during this jam packed competitive hour.
