Service Description
Banded Glutes is an activation and toning-focused class designed to strengthen and properly engage the glute muscles using targeted resistance band training. Bands create constant tension throughout every movement, increasing muscle activation, improving control, and enhancing lifting mechanics. This class also challenges the common belief that you must use heavy weights to see results. Band training is highly effective for toning, endurance, and fat loss due to increased time under tension and muscular fatigue. Many clients are surprised by how challenging and effective this class feels without traditional weights. By learning to activate the correct muscles, members improve their squatting, hinging, and stabilizing patterns, which directly carries over into barbell, dumbbell, and bodyweight training. Banded Glutes was created by Coach Teisha, using the same resistance band methods she has applied for years to sculpt and strengthen her own glutes. All movements are fully scalable for all fitness levels.
