For the first time ever, Unity Toronto Gym is transforming our signature glow-in-the-dark fitness party into a community fundraiser.

On Thursday, September 25th at 7PM, we invite YOU to join us for an electrifying night of movement, music, and impact. This isn’t just a workout — it’s a chance to sweat for something bigger.

🌟 What is Lift N Glow?

Lift N Glow is Unity’s high-energy workout party where the lights go down and the energy goes UP. You’ll rotate through fun strength & cardio stations, guided by our coaches, surrounded by glowing lights, music, and the contagious energy of the Unity community.

Think: pumping beats, glowing gear, a room full of positivity, and a workout that feels like a celebration.

This special edition of Lift N Glow is a fundraiser in support of Scarborough Women’s Centre (SWC).

A portion of every ticket sold will help SWC provide:

💜 Workshops, webinars, and resources to overcome abuse, poverty, and isolation
