LIFT N GLOW: NEON NIGHTS is Unity’s signature glow-in-the-dark workout party — where music, movement, and energy collide.
This is not a regular class. It’s a full experience.
Every attendee has their own workout station, so there’s no waiting, no competing for equipment, and no pressure. You move at your own pace while our coaches guide you through structured stations — all while a live DJ builds the atmosphere.
Expect neon lights, high-energy music, and a room moving together in sync. It feels like a night out — you just leave stronger.
