Meet Coach Clinton – Your Strength, Stretch & Release Specialist at Unity

Hey, I’m Clinton—and I’m all about helping you move, feel, and live better! Everyone could use a little more flexibility and mobility, but let’s be honest: stretching alone can get pretty boring. That’s where my “Strength, Stretch & Release” class comes in! We’re a supportive crew who laugh, challenge, and grow together—making mobility and strength gains way more fun (and less awkward) than doing it solo.

 

My classes are for everyone—from complete beginners to athletes coming back from injury to people who just want to feel amazing again in their bodies. I’ll guide you through every movement and help you tune into what your body truly needs. We combine the best of weight training, bodyweight exercises, and dynamic mobility moves to build strength, boost bone density, improve hand grip, and leave you more resilient for anything life throws your way.

 

As a Certified Personal Trainer and Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms), I’m passionate about helping you build a body that’s powerful, mobile, and injury-proof. My approach? Customize every session to meet you where you are and support your journey toward where you want to be. We don’t just chase short-term wins—my goal is to help you lock in long-term results that match your lifestyle.

 

Nutrition is a huge part of the puzzle, and during my nutrition check-ups, I’ll work with you to fuel your busy life with real, nutrient-dense foods. It’s about finding that sustainable balance of protein, fats, and carbs so you’ve got energy for work, play, family, and, of course, crushing your workouts.

 

Before I became a trainer, I was an engineer—and before that, I was always on the move! Soccer, gymnastics, cheerleading, basketball—you name it, I played it. What hooked me on fitness for life was the way strength training constantly leveled up my body and mind. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping others achieve goals that once seemed impossible—whether that’s finally touching your toes, living pain-free, or surprising yourself with newfound strength. I love being part of that story.

 

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me exploring Toronto on my longboard, dancing at music shows, laughing (loudly!) at comedy nights, or sampling food around the city. I keep active—volleyball, gymnastics flips, late-night walks under the summer sky—because just like fitness, life is all about movement and enjoying the ride.
