UNITY HURRICANE MELISSA RELIEF
• 2-YEAR ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

Saturday, November 29 · 9AM–2PM

On Saturday, November 29, Unity Toronto Gym is coming together for something far bigger than fitness. Hurricane Melissa has devastated communities across Jamaica—destroying homes, displacing families, and leaving thousands without food, supplies, or essentials.

Many of our very own Unity members have relatives in the hardest-hit regions, which makes this relief effort deeply personal for our community.

Our 2-Year Anniversary is becoming a day of action, unity, and impact—combining a full day of free Unity-led classes, community celebration, a donation drive, and over $4,500 in giveaways from our incredible supporters.

All contributions—whether monetary or physical items—will be delivered directly to families in need.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Hurricane Melissa has caused severe damage across Jamaica. Entire neighbourhoods have been destroyed. Families have lost homes, belongings, and basic access to food, water, and essential supplies.

To ensure your support reaches the people who need it most, Unity is partnering with ADRA Jamaica, in connection with ADRA Canada and ADRA International—a trusted global humanitarian organization with decades of experience in disaster relief.

Unity members will be travelling as volunteers to Jamaica to work alongside ADRA teams on the ground.

This ensures:

  • Donations reach families directly

  • No stalled shipments

  • No long administrative delays

  • No uncertainty about where your support is going

Your contribution makes an immediate, real impact.
